General Policy
1. In bunglow no 12 we shall say that persons accommodated are 10 and Rs501/- extra charges will be charged per person in excess of 10 persons.
2. For amaltas it would be to accommodate 12 persons and Rs 501/- extra charges per person in excess of 12 persons
Cancellation Policy
1. The standard cancellation / amendment policy will not be applicable during festive period or long weekend - like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, 15th Aug. , period between 15th May to 15th June etc. 100% retention applicable in this period.
2. No Show, Cancellation charges last moment will be 100% Cost.
3. If You cancel your booking within 72 hrs of Check in, Cancellation charges will be 100% of the Total Cost
4. If You cancel your booking on and before 04 day of check-in to 07 day, Cancellation charges will be 1 Night Cost.
5. If You cancel your booking 08 days before Check-in date, Cancellation charges will be 15% of the total Cost.
6. No smoking & no pets point in General T&C
